Off-street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with 1 spot in the garage and 1 in the parking area. Ample free and metered street parking is also available in the neighborhood. Nestled in the heart of downtown Ocean City, this retreat offers unparalleled access to the best of the Jersey Shore. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the pristine sands of the beach. Explore the vibrant boardwalk, filled with classic amusement park rides, arcades, and treats. A variety of restaurants, unique boutiques, and souvenir shops are within walking distance. Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is about a 45-minute drive. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and other guests at all times. Any disturbance that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, and vapes/e-cigs. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay.
