A laundry room is just off the kitchen. Off street parking for 1 car in a shared parking area with 2 other rental units. Central air conditioning and heating system with a whole house fan in the hallway helps keep the property energy efficient and at a comfortable temperature year round. This is a no smoking property No pet accepted. Property Manager is off site. We are looking for a strong financial package, great credit, good stable income that shows the ability to support all financial obligations, and strong reserves. All must be verifiable.
