One star
Maria is a unpleasant person. She intrudes in the way you set up your apt. Also she tells you for any reason "you have 3 days notice." Do not expect your deposit back even if you have months there she would make up reciepts to prove she "repaired" the apt. People do not last her there is always someone who moves out every year. She also raises the rent every year and by hundreds with lame excuses that her insurance went up. I recommend not moving in as you would move out within a year.
