The start date is flexible in between January to mid-march, I can adapt to your needs. The old port is literally at your door step, while the downtown is 5 to 10 minutes walk. This is a lease transfer until end of September 2024, after that you can decide to stop or renew the lease. The condo building has great amenities: big gym, two heated rooftop pools for the summer, one indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, a whirlpool, rooftop barbecue, and rooftop lounge room with a great 360 view of the city. The apartment is fully furnished, just bring your suitcases: washer and dryer in unit, AC, bed, mattress, nighty stand and its lamp, couch, TV stand, kitchen table and 4 chairs, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher are included as well as a locker in the garage. There is a closet in the bedroom and also some storage places around the entrance of the unit. I am leaving the country and want someone to take over my lease, I can sell you some extra things for half the price I paid brand new three month ago: air blower, iron and iron board, double basket air-fryer, mixer, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner. The heating cost will be really low: I don't even use the electric heating and I can maintain a temperature of 20 to 21 Celcius degres. The fast and reliable fiber internet is available in the building and works fine for me. Absolutely no noise since you apartment is looking at the inside garden. This is the ideal solution for someone who want a furnished apartment close to the old port and downtown and benefit from a shorter lease. To qualify you will need to have credit score of minimum 680, and have a salary of 65K. Please no pet. Il s'agit d'un transfert de bail jusqu'à la fin du mois de septembre 2024, après quoi vous pourrez décider d'arrêter ou de renouveler le bail. L'immeuble dispose de nombreux équipements : grande gym, deux piscines chauffées sur le toit pour l'été, une piscine intérieure, un sauna, un hammam, un jacuzzi, barbecues sur le toit, et espace lounge au dernier étage avec vue imprenable sur Montreal. Vous avez également accès à un espace de rangement (locker) privatif au garage, (ceci est déjà inclus dans le prix mentionné). L'appartement est entièrement meublé, vous n'avez qu'à apporter vos valises : laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, climatisation, lit, matelas, table de nuit et sa lampe, canapé, meuble de télévision, table de cuisine et 4 chaises, micro-ondes, four, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle. Il y a des espaces de rangement vers l'entrée, et aussi une buanderie est intégrée dans la chambre. Je peux vous vendre des choses supplémentaires pour la moitié du prix que j'ai payé il y a trois mois : friteuse à air, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, mixeur, panier à linge, aspirateur. Les frais de chauffage seront très bas : je n'utilise même pas le chauffage électrique et je peux maintenir une température de 20 à 21 degrés Celsius. L'internet rapide et fiable par fibre optique est disponible dans l'immeuble et fonctionne très bien pour moi. Il n'y a absolument aucun bruit puisque l'appartement donne sur le jardin intérieur. C'est la solution idéale pour quelqu'un qui veut un appartement meublé près du vieux port et du centre-ville et qui veut bénéficier d'un bail plus court. Pour être éligible, vous devez avoir un score de crédit d'au moins 680, et un salaire de 65K. S'il vous plaît pas d'animal de compagnie. Merci de votre compréhension.
