The condo has an open living concept with the kitchen, living room and dining area facing a beautiful view of the downtown out of the balcony. The Concierge takes care of you at the front deck and security guards monitor the grounds, On the 6th floor, you will find the lounge. It has great seating areas for parties or for working. The outdoor pool is steps away from the lounge. The Fitness Center is located across the hall. The parking garage is under ground and gated from the retail parking. Two designated parking places are provided with the condo. The parking spaces are located close to the entrance into the building. A $1,000 non refundable move in fee is expected vs a security deposit.
