The living and dining rooms have an open floor plan. Both contain a number of large windows, three in the living room bay window area facing west and two in the dining room recessed in a bay window bump out with an additional small third window between them. The dining room retains a large built-in china cabinet and a decorative fireplace of this period home. The master bedroom has a spread of two large side-by-side windows, and two closets. Both standard closets have shelving above the rod for extra storage. The second bedroom also has a bank of two large windows and two closets. Between the two bedrooms off of the hallway is the bathroom completely remodeled within the last year, with a quartz countertop, new modern fixtures, and vinyl plank flooring. A deep floor-to-ceiling linen closet provides additional space outside the bathroom in the hallway. Among the apartment's conveniences is a kitchen featuring a refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop/range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, and vinyl tile flooring. Upper and lower cabinets cover two of the four walls, upper cabinets are on the third wall, and an additional utility closet is on the fourth. Hardwood floors, ten-foot ceilings, and antique white painted walls throughout the living space provide a backdrop to any desired decor color scheme. A covered porch area is located on the front of the house. Behind the house is a surface lot available for tenants to enjoy the convenience and safety of off-street parking. This apartment also includes a garage. Additional laundry facilities are located in the basement.
