The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs half bath for your convenience. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. The large yard is perfect for volleyball/badminton. There is a one car detached garage and parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Monthly academic rentals are available from November 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 at $4,900 per month, plus electric. Summer 2024 availability is August 17-31 for $4,900 per week.
