Unit 7 offers a king-size bed in bedroom one, a queen-size bed in bedroom two, and two twins over full bunk beds in bedroom three. Unit 8 features a master suite with a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and its own bathroom. Additional bedrooms include two twins over full bunk beds, a queen-size bed, and two full-size beds. The home also includes 3 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a covered porch with a bar and seating. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Parking is available for guests, and the community game area offers seating and a grill, along with games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. Guests will not have to navigate any stairs except for the master suite, which has two steps leading down into the room. The house features a digital combo lock pad for check-in, and the process is automated and contact-free. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
