After your swim at Plum Cove Beach or Lanes Cove, rinse off in the outdoor shower. When you want to explore, head to nearby Plum Cove Beach, Lanes Cove, or downtown Rockport. The amazing Halibut State Park is just a short drive away and Boston is less than an hour by train or car. There is off-street parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Utilities plus cable and internet are included. First, last, & a nonrefundable move in fee equal to 15% of one month's rent due at signing. No Pets. No Smoking. No events or parties.
