Thank you for your interest in 7 Holly Drive house. The 3BD/2BA house is still available for rent. The current rental rate for the unit is $2,100 with a security deposit of $2,100 due at move-in. 12 month lease is required. The house is also equipped with the following kitchen appliances: refrigerator, stove, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Everything is electric. There is also a $55 non-refundable application fee that will cover a credit check and a criminal background check. We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers.
