For convictions, the conviction must be at least 7 years old and the applicant must be out of prison a minimum of 3 years. -Criminal History-Applewood Property Management reserves the right to consider with more minor offenses not listed below the length of time since the offense and length of time since end of prison sentence, if applicable. a.
