Feel at home in this brand-new, purpose-built ground-floor apartment centrally located for all that Fernie has to offer year-round. With a short walk to Downtown Fernie or the Elk River, and a short ten-minute drive to the Alpine Resort, you'll be perfectly situated. The views are quite spectacular. The open-plan living area welcomes you with a living space, breakfast bar, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a snack or full meal during your stay. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use. The lounge features a wall-mounted TV, sofa, chair, and coffee table, filled with natural light all year round. The bedroom has storage for your clothes and a comfortable bed with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has everything you need during your stay, including a hairdryer, locally made SoCo Soaps body wash/shampoo, hotel-quality towels, and a bath-shower combo. In the hallway near the bedroom, you will find a closet with a washer-dryer, and basic detergent is provided. There is a small step up to the new patio, then another small step into the apartment. There is a dedicated storage space for your sporting equipment and a small patio area out by the entrance door with a bistro set and BBQ. An optional Guest Damage Protection policy covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. Located in a lovely residential area of Fernie, Downtown and the Elk River are both a short walk away. Fernie, BC, is nestled in the Rocky Mountains and known for its stunning natural beauty, outdoor recreational opportunities, and rich history. Fernie is situated in the Elk Valley, surrounded by picturesque mountains. The city is approximately 690 kilometers east of Vancouver and 310 kilometers southwest of Calgary. Fernie is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and boasts an abundance of natural resources, including vast forests, rivers, and lakes. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. Sporting equipment should only be put into allocated storage spaces. Due to the risk of bears, do not put garbage outside; please use the bins provided or use local dumpsters. If you are staying here for work, please do not track mud or any work-related mess into the property. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property; instead, use allocated storage locations.
