We have a log cabin for rent. Over looking the Piney River in Hickman Co., TN. (close to the Dickson Co line). Beautiful view, quaint location. In the country on our family farm. 15 miles from Dickson, 15 miles from Centerville, 6 miles off I40, 45 miles from Nashville. 1100 sq. ft., 1 bedroom with a Loft (for office or additional bedroom), Cathedral ceiling, Central Heat and air, Hardwood floors, marble/Jacuzzi, tiled bathroom, granite kitchen counter tops, appliances, Elk Horn/Aspen Log Staircase, large covered deck overlooking the river, concrete drive way/parking, stairs to the river access..  Scenic/upscale cabin $1500/month. $500 deposit, $300 pet deposit, 1st months rent upon move in. No Laundry on site, Trash disposal at a local recycling center (No Charge, we pay for that) Would like a 1 year lease, but flexible. The lady that previously rented this cabin was with us almost 8 years. We don't allow constantly barking or aggressive dogs. Not into a lot of drama....pretty low keyed, quite environment down here on the Piney River. Rent due on 1st of month. Utilities on average for the year, runs about $150. No Utility deposit required. River access with great fishing, Kayaking and canoeing. Application to rent, Contract, deposit and references required. Non Smoking
