About This Property

We offer a private fully-detached FURNISHED guesthouse nested under two giant Ash trees, with its own fenced yard and covered parking for two small cars. It has the ambiance of a country cottage but all the amenities of a full-time residence and is ideal for those seeking safety and privacy. It is less than a mile from shopping, groceries and ethnic restaurants and only two miles from 101 highway. There are ceiling fans, an air conditioner, a screen door and a toasty powerful gas heater for cold days. Full kitchen includes gas stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave. Queen bed and a sleeper sofa that turns into a full bed. Four-person dinning table, washing machine & dryer. For short stays kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, toaster, a coffee maker to name a few. Smart TV + Amazon Prime and digital broadcast reception. Full-length mirror, iron and ironing board. Sheets, towels, blankets provided upon request. Just like an Airbnb but without the hefty taxes and fees Airbnb charges. The yard comes with furniture for four. Ideal for those suffering from allergies; animals have never entered. ----------------------------- TERMS This is a FURNISHED unit.
