About This Property

Spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 bath end unit condo is available at the historic Thermos on the Thames complex in Norwich, CT. The condo has a great deal of character, with exposed beams, painted brick walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in a great deal of natural light. This is truly a unique living space. Foxwoods and the Mohegan Sun Casinos, and the Sub Base are a short drive away. Washer and dryer in the unit and you have Central a/c as well. The complex has large elevators in the building for an easier move. Norwich's Integrated Day Charter School K-8 is located adjacent to the complex to make taking the children to school a breeze. The lease will be for one year and two months of rent is required for the security deposit. Up to two cats are permitted but no dogs per HOA policy. Smoking is not permitted inside the building but there are plenty of outdoor picnic tables on the property.
