Jeanette Pressman acquired her real estate license in October 2014 and holds a Masters in Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. She has worked with first time home buyers; pre-construction homes: foreclosures; short sale; being listing agent; commercial properties; a celebrity home; Fannie Mae homes; FHA, conventional, VA loans and all cash buyers while delivering impressive results. She continued to increase her career and gained a Real Estate Broker's license in October, 2016. And, is constantly expanding her education by attending real estate workshops at the Miami Association of Realtors. The experience of loosing a child at age 21 taught her eary in life that life is short and one must enjoy and make the best of it while we can. She has a bachelor's in Criminal Justice from FIU with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Psychology. Her education and 20+ years of experience in the business arena have given her the knowledge and skills needed to provide excellent quality service and ingenious marketing strategies for her clients (her first open house included a real estate attorney, a mortgage lender in attendance and a mermaid swimming around in the pool!). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being active in her community.
