In contemporary Hawaiian style architecture, this single level view home was designed to embrace the indoor/outdoor lifestyle associated with Hawaii......and the pleasant year round climate of warm days and temperate nights. Located on a lushly landscaped 1/2 acre property, the home enjoys a private setting and includes four separate buildings (main living area, master suite, guest suites and service). all connected by covered breezeways and tropically landscaped pathways. Soft cove lighting creates evening ambiance and a sliding glass wall opens onto a large private lanai. The Guest Wing contains two spacious, individually accessed suites. Each guest room includes a large bathroom, sliding glass panels opening onto a large south facing lanai, king or queen bed, large closet, full media, desk, vaulted ceiling with silent multi-speed fan and a hotel style safe. The Service building includes a generously sized, fully equipped laundry room for visitor use which is adjacent to the owner's private garage and mechanical room. This home has 4 en suite bedrooms with direct outside access making it perfect for 1 To 4 Couples or adult groups. Beach Club Amenities: Upon arrival, guests will receive a parking access card to the exclusive , resident only, Mauna Lani Beach Club. With its own beautiful protected sandy cove, it offers great snorkeling and swimming, the use of change rooms, lounges, cabanas and showers. Snorkel gear, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. are available for rent and the Napua restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
