Unit Two features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, bar seating, a coffee bar, a living room with a sectional and Smart TV, an office space, and a washer/dryer. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars, plus a 2-car garage. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Just minutes from Bedford Reservation, Bridal Veil Falls, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park, you’ll be close to beautiful trails, waterfalls, and local attractions. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and will result in a $500 fine. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and mini waste are strictly prohibited. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean.
