Off-street parking is available for two cars, plus an additional space within the shared garage. For pet owners, a maximum of two dogs is allowed with a $125 flat fee. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation, but is permitted outside. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community may result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt. For charcoal grills, guests should bring their own charcoal. Shoes should be removed indoors to help keep the home clean.
