No smoking inside the house, with a fine for violation, but smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if using a grill, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission. For charcoal grills, guests should bring their own charcoal.
