It also includes a living room with a sectional and Smart TV, office space, and a washer/dryer. The property offers driveway parking for up to 4 cars and a 2-car garage. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 dogs for a $125 flat fee. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats allowed. No smoking inside the house with a $500 fine for violation, but smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violation of house rules or those of the community will result in immediate eviction without refund. Shoes should be removed indoors to keep the home clean, and a short list of optional checkout steps is provided to help prepare for the next guest.
