Third bay has been converted to insulated gym space and was previously used as a studio. Appliances available for tenant include clothes washer & dryer, refrigerator, as well as window A/C units. Included in the monthly rent: Lawn mowing, curbside garbage removal, electric, hot water, high speed internet, and snow removal. Tenant pays for heat (oil). No smoking. House trained pet is negotiable. Will require security deposit and renters insurance, as well as credit and criminal check on tenants ($75 - paid by applicant). Graduate students will require co-signor.
