We do not allow any pets in our apartments. 7. You must be able to show previous rental history with a good recommendation. (paying a friend/ family member for rent does not qualify) 8. All information on application must match the information that we receive from our Credit Supplier. (Our agency that furnishes credit and background information) 9. You must not have any warrants out for your arrest. 10. Our building is a NO SMOKING BUILDING.
