All three bedrooms have window AC units and ceiling fans, and there are two ceiling fans in the living room. There is an additional mandatory monthly charge of $500 for utilities, which include electricity, water, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Spectrum cable included in all bedrooms. Washer and dryer are shared. There is a cement side yard that is ideal for barbecuing or catching some morning sun. The house comes with one parking stall but there is usually ample street parking. The house is located in Coconut Grove near Kaha Street and is minutes away from MCBH, H-3 and a 3-mile round-trip walking/running trail at Kawainui Marsh. This amazing property is only 1.1 miles from the beach as well as convenient to Safeway, Foodland, Target and Whole Foods. A security deposit of $4,500 is required. No pets and no smoking.
