About This Property

This is a second-floor apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a bedroom on the top level of the home that is ample enough for a king bed and dresser. There is a large closet just outside the room for storage. There are two rooms in that same area that will remain locked, and not able to be used. The other bedroom is on the main level of the apartment and is also large enough for a king bed and dresser. The living room is a bright and beautiful space that has bay windows, and plenty of room to set up however you see fit. The kitchen is a small space, but it packs a punch with modern touches and lots of natural light. There is also space to set up a small bistro set for dining. There is also a room that could be a designated dining room leading to the top bedroom. It would be suitable for a 5-piece dining set, but can also be used for anything from a hobby room to an office. Last up is the bathroom which is a narrow space but has a large full-sized bathtub, a nice tall shower head, and some built-in spaces for storage. There will be one space available soon for off-street parking located in front of the rear outbuilding.
