About This Property
This cute home has been freshly painted throughout and has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath. The large living room provides lots of space to make a dining room in the back of the room and the kitchen has an eat-in area. A full basement has a washer/dryer for tenant use and provides plenty of storage space. There is an off-street parking pad in the rear of the home. A huge back yard provides plenty of space for an outdoor patio area. The location is close to everything... very convenient to major highways and just minutes from Forest Park. This is a NON-SMOKING HOME Tenant pays for all utilities, including MSD sewer. Tenant must take care of all lawn care. It is extremely important to me that the tenant maintain the yard and exterior of the home. The grass must be cut regularly and the weeds pulled from flower beds in the front yard. This is a one year lease and then it automatically changes to month to month until canceled by either party with a 30-day written notice. Short-term leases considered. Pets allowed but must be approved - no aggressive breed dogs. Pet deposit is a $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
