The Location - Bike or walk to world famous Siesta Keys Best Beach and Best Snorkeling in 2-6 minutes, Best Seafood in 1 minute, Best Tiki Bar 3 minutes and much more! Nearby favorites include: Captain Curts Oyster Bar, the Daiquiri Deck, Orange Octopus Ice Cream, Toasted Mango Cafe, Crescent Club, Sniki Tiki Bar, Clayton\'s, Coconuts, The Spearfish Grill, and CB\'s Marina and Boat Rentals.
Possible Itinerary - Wakeup, decide if you will wear shoes today, then head to Toasted Mango Caf for coconut waffles. Their waffles are the best and they serve breakfast til 1PM, so don\'t rush. Eat there or take it to the Beach to look for dolphins, swim, bike, or just or just go back to sleep. This is a special spot so exploring will be worth the effort. I like wading out to Point of Rocks Reef at low tide. Bike rides on the beach are also amazing and its a 6 mile loop on the sand depending on the tide. I usually skip lunch to enjoy an early dinner at Big Water Seafood, best seafood in the county, and best grouper sandwich in Florida.
Sunsets - The sunsets are amazing, it\'s what leaf season in the north would be like if it happened every day, and if they had dolphins and great weather there. At nightfall you can go out or go to bed or head to The Sniki Tiki or Daiquiri Deck (my favorites), but you have to make a decision. Support Post Booking - I understand vacation time is precious and I will make sure you get the most out of it. My number is the only contact information you need. My units are at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but you will have private parking near the unit. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early check-in when possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations. Every unit including this one is available for instant booking.
Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit \"might\" be permitted, but only with prior authorization. Event fees will apply including location fees of between $1000 and $3000 and guest fees of $19 per person in excess of your occupancy limit. Out of consideration for all our travelers, hosting an event requires booking every unit at your property location.
When you book with me you get a fully accessible and knowledgeable owner/host and reliable advice from a G-approved local expert. I can recommend the best spot for fishing or fresh fish, Michigan or Ohio State games, romantic-dinners marriage-proposals or singles, Eco-tourism, family friendly activities, or safe ways to lose your kids when you need a break. For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations. This is the only rental offering of its kind on the key.
Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation. *If you prefer insured bookings, we recommend providers Generali and Rental Guardian for Trip-Protection coverage.
Beach Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide \"snorkeling gear\" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkelling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.
