Sunlight pours through the sliding doors onto a private patio, with the pool glistening under a cloudless sky. Inside, the open-concept living area features a smart TV and a large sectional sofa. This apartment includes a dedicated game room equipped with a pool table and a foosball table. Each of the three spacious bedrooms holds two queen beds, with two bedrooms featuring attached bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware, complemented by a generous indoor dining table. Outdoors, a private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, a fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating, a BBQ grill, an outdoor dining area, and a small outdoor kitchen space. For year-round comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a heating system. Free parking is available on the premises, and the apartment includes a washer and dryer for convenient laundry. Pets are welcome with a written notification and host approval, allowing up to one house-trained dog for a pet fee of $150. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately, and requires at least a week's notice. It's just a short 11-minute drive to Downtown Tampa, the Florida Aquarium, and a variety of local attractions, dining, and shopping. Enjoy easy access to major highways like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway, important for reaching downtown or the airport. The neighborhood provides a good selection of local businesses, including grocery stores, restaurants, parks and recreation, and shopping. Driving is the best way to get around. This is a self-catering home with self check-in and check-out. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. As a self-catering home, supplies are not refilled during your stay, but a starter set is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap in each bathroom, enough detergent pods for up to two loads in the laundry room, and a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, using the pool is not advised, and after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and dispose of pet waste properly. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests, and a propane tank is available for refilling, though its fullness upon arrival is not guaranteed. The dock is off-limits and not for guest use. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. While children of all ages are welcome, the apartment is not baby-proofed. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway.
