The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meal preparation and dining a breeze. Enjoy the outdoor pool loungers, firepit, and outdoor sitting area for a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150. Please note that propane for the grills is provided by the guests. Located in the Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa, this property offers everything you need for a fantastic stay. Just a short drive to Downtown Tampa, approximately 11 minutes, you will have easy access to all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping. Major highways are easily accessible, making travel convenient. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The dock is off-limits for guest use for safety and liability reasons. There is no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the home. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately, and follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Reservations may be terminated without refund, and monetary fines may be pursued if guests violate any rules.
