Enjoy the attached screened-in patio with chairs and side tables or step into the spacious backyard and use the fish-cleaning table. A washer and dryer are available in the garage. Located in a peaceful Bradenton neighborhood, this home offers quick access to Coquina Beach, Manatee Public Beach, and Cortez fishing village. It's also minutes from Publix, waterfront dining, coffee shops, Robinson Preserve trails, the Manatee River, and Downtown Bradenton’s Riverwalk. Anna Maria Island is a short 10-minute drive away, where you can use the free AMI trolley to explore Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Bean Point. This is a great base for beach days, sunsets, and Gulf-coast adventures. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced. No shoes are allowed in the home. The garage is intended only for storage of your luggage and things, as the owners store their personal vehicle in the garage. Parking or driving your vehicle in the garage is prohibited and will incur a $500 penalty. Only registered guests may be on the property, including in the backyard. Extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night. The booking guest must be at least 23 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times. Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property (including vape). If evidence of either is found you will be charged a $550 fine. If evidence of a party is found a $550 fee will be assessed. [SI]
