The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Essentials such as pots, pans, and dishware are provided, and a dining table invites shared meals. Enjoy the hot tub, hammock, and outdoor dining for four. The basement is a hub of fun with an air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, and putting green. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. Central heating and air conditioning ensure comfort year-round. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell, exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Cribs and a pack ’n play are available for rent upon request, along with extra linens and room-darkening shades for a restful stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Uber and Lyft are both available in this area. Step onto the deck for park views or relax in the backyard. The main level includes a living room with beamed ceilings and a dining area with hardwood floors, leading out to the deck. The cozy family room on the lower level features exterior access.
