Short-term (1-4 months) rental. Sunny, very spacious furnished apartment on 2nd floor of a former carriage house in a quiet, walk-able residential neighborhood. We live in the attached, single-family c. 1850 Greek Revival home. This apartment has wood floors, full kitchen with newer appliances, bath with full-size washer/dryer, large walk-in closet, and great workspace. Windows face south and west and look out on our large yard--our lot is 0.4 acres. We are close to hospitals, the State House, UNH Law School, a large park, and Downtown Concord with its Saturday Farmer's Market, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store. There are extensive, wooded walking trails on conservation land a mile away. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming.
