The unit is located on the second floor above the closed store and can be accessed through the back entrance. Follow the blue arrow to the main door labeled '67A', and once inside, stairs will lead you up to the apartment. Each of the three separate bedrooms has a queen-size bed with fresh linens and fluffy pillows. There's plenty of natural light, and separate kitchen and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances, a deep double sink, and plenty of cupboard space, perfect for cooking up a meal you caught ice-fishing. There's a large dining table with space for six guests to enjoy meals. The living room has a smart TV for your entertainment, and for those who can't unplug, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available. In-suite laundry machines and free onsite parking for one car add to the convenience. Pets less than 30lbs are welcome with a maximum of two pets. A pet fee of CAD 49 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. An extra fee of CAD 49 per additional pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over three days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. Bobcaygeon is known for its picturesque setting on Pigeon and Sturgeon Lakes. Famous for Bigley Shoes, Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream, and unique shops and restaurants, it gained fame from the Tragically Hip's song "Bobcaygeon." Visitors can enjoy the Farmers’ Market, Kawartha Settlers’ Village, outdoor activities, birdwatching, and water sports. With its mix of history, culture, and natural beauty, Bobcaygeon is the perfect getaway destination. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will incur an additional cleaning fee. A laptop computer is not included.
