About This Home
Lovely lakeside cottage on shared wooded lot. Private stand alone cottage, private deck, and private beachfront. Lovely views from cottage and very quiet spot. Please note that this is a wonderful cottage with private waterfront, but it is only **400 square feet**. It has a bedroom that will fit a queen bed and stand up closet, an entryway/office area, and a small but adequate kitchen/living room, but it is best for someone without a lot of personal items. We are open to tenant installing small shed if requested. The 2 acre property has one other house and a camper, so property is shared by another renter and the property owner, but home, deck, and beach are private just for you. Available May 1 for 1 year lease. Must have credit over 650 and excellent current landlord and employer references. Landlord pays water/sewer. Wifi can be included for $30/month. Tenant pays electric, heat (propane unit that sips propane; fixed propane rate of $1.93/gallon). On private dirt road. Plowing of road included, but not plowing of private driveway. Due to size and operation of older septic tank, this is best for single occupant. NO washer / dryer hook ups NO smoking Small pet considered for $50/month fee. Please let us know: 1- If you have excellent current landlord and work 2- when you are available to view 3- how long a lease you are looking for 4- ideal move in date

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
