This second and top floor spacious condo has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The huge primary ensuite overlooks the canal and has a walk in shower/closet,king bed,separate tub and a WC. The split bedroom floor plan offers privacy and a 2 bedroom guest wing. Both guest rooms are spacious with one king bed and one queen bed and nice sized closets. There is a full size washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-stocked and has an eat in area as well. TV's are provided in the LR,primary bedrm and 1 guest room. The 2 car garage also has beach chairs for your use. The condo is adjacent to the heated pool and clubhouse. It's a 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. Short term lease must be 3 months or more. Tenant pays electric and water. An Annual lease is optional and could be negotiated. Tenant must provide emotional support letter or service animal documentation if they have a pet.
