LEASE TERMS: We are offering a twelve month lease. The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day). Up to two cat's are more than welcome with a $200 refundable deposit and a $25/month pet rent. Water, sewer, trash, heat, security system, and garage parking are all included in an additional utility fee of $100/month, however, cooking gas, electric, and any additional services are the tenant's responsibility. Qualifications include a credit score above 550, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. This is strictly a no smoking building and a background check will be conducted. Keep in mind, renter's insurance is a requirement to live here. The application fee is only $45.
