Apartment is near major bus lines, and the freeway. -The rental application asks for employment and income, rental history (no evictions within the last five years), credit score (600+) and a background check. -There is a $24.99 charge to complete the credit report and background check through the online application process. Those funds do not come to us but are sent directly to the companies to receive the needed information. The credit report is a soft hit. -All adults 18+ that will be living in the unit must complete the rental application. -One full month of rent which is $950 and a $950 security deposit is required at the time of the lease signing. -The initial lease is for a six month period. -The water bill will be added to the rent on a quarterly basis. -Tenants are required to get renters insurance within 30 days of moving into the unit. -Tenants maintain the outdoor space. This includes mowing the lawn, and snow removal within 24 hours. -No smoking or pets are allowed.
