Pacific Beach is just a 10-minute drive, La Jolla Shores about the same, Downtown San Diego and the Airport, about 20 minutes and so on. To the north, UCSD, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Delmar, and the shopping mecca of UTC – all a quick drive away. Another large walk-in closet offers abundant storage and organization whether for apparel, work materials, etc. Finally, for a little break or siesta or catching up on some good reading, an adjustable day bed is the perfect spot – of course with the Pacific stretching to the horizon. A super comfortable and functional space incorporating recessed entertainment alcove with high-def smart TV, gas fireplace and built-in mirrored alcove with lower storage and upper display shelving for books, wine, photos, etc. Palm-tree views from westerly windows and over-sized entry panes. Natural light diffused through glass-block accents. Furnishings include sleek sectional, ceramic & oak coffee table, armchair and end-tables. An attractive powder room between living room and kitchen brings added convenience to the main floor. Kitchen – Main Level. Stainless appliances highlight the glossy white cabinets and ocean-blue counter-tops for a colorful, contemporary and highly functional kitchen. Appliances include stacked oven-microwave combo, a separate smaller microwave, Bosch dishwasher, large side-by-side refrigerator with water filter / dispenser & icemaker, toaster, InstantPot, Nespresso machine, and small food processor.
