No sharing laundry facilities: your own, individual washer-dryer hookups are located in the spacious basement. You'll also have access to your own, locked storage unit in the basement and also, two cedar closets in the basement, also locked, for winter clothes storage. Water, sewer, trash AND heat are all included with your rent! Minimum 1-year lease required. One month's rent security deposit required. First and last month's rent will also be required. There is a non-refundable $50 application fee and applicants must pass a background, credit and reference check. Occupancy available October 1st or sooner if needed. One small dog will be considered, with approval and additional pet deposit.
