Full deposit of $850.00 and first months rent is required. No pets, no smoking and not accepting Section 8. Rental Applications are available at or 4130 Market St, Boardman, OH. There is a non-refundable $50.00 fee per person 18 years of age and over for a soft credit and background check. Approved applicants will have the $50.00 credited towards their first month rent payment when they sign a lease. Your monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent of property you are applying for, or application can be denied. If you have a felony or eviction on your record that can deny the application. Documents required with application are ID's and 2 months' worth of paystubs for each applicant.
