Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, in the quaint neighborhood of Kokomo Cove, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes drive East. This home is about a 1/2 block from gated beach access. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted at any time. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are welcome with a one-time $325 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this and notification must be given prior to arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $325 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart.
