About This Property

Great home in the Allied Gardens/Del Cerro area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, fenced-in backyard, in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the 8 freeway, shops, Lewis Junior High, and many other elementary schools. House has carpet and tile floors. Pets are allowed but must be on Renter's insurance that is required. Home comes with appliances: Washer, dryer, stove, oven, and fridge are included. The home currently does not have an Air Conditioner at this time, tenants are encouraged to buy their own portable AC units. Lease Terms: How long is the lease: 12 months minimum. Do you accept Section 8? Yes, but still need to pass a background check and income requirements. Do you accept pets? Yes, with exceptions and a $350 pet deposit. Are utilities included? Water, Sewer, Gardener, Electricity, and Gas are paid for by tenants. Security Deposit at move-in? Usually the same amount as the rent. What credit score do I need? Typically a 600 or better score. Do you accept people with evictions? Absolutely no, no exceptions. Do you accept co-signers? No. Do you accept no credit? No. Do you accept people without a social security number? No.
