About This Property
We are not your typical living space and don't have much desire to be like one. We are people of integrity, and optimism and lots of laughter on the occasions we see each other. This place is 7,442 sf, so it's rare to run into each other, but I still want like minded people. There are 5 suites in the mansion. We are all independant of each other. We all work so we value peace and quiet. We are NOT party people, but we do laugh alot around here when we see each other. We enjoy living a safe and clean life, and a bit of luxury doesn't hurt our feelings! We are down-to-earth and DRAMA FREE. Utilities are electricity, water and highest speed internet for $100/mo. I am not in a rush to fill the space. I'm looking for the right fit. We are located just couple miles south of Palencia and IGP off of US1. Publix 3 mi. Gym, Nails and Nature Galore all within 3 mi. Bridge of Lions 17 mins South This location is perfect for flight school students or traveling nurses/corp workers. St Aug Airport like 8 mins away. There are a couple of lockable storage for lease if needed $30/mo or $50 for 2 cubby rental spaces. THIS BEST AND FASTEST WAY TO REACH ME IS BY PHONE CALL OR TEXT

Welcome to St. Augustine, America's oldest continuously inhabited European settlement and a coastal Florida treasure. Located along the northeastern coast, this historic city seamlessly combines Spanish colonial architecture with Atlantic beaches and contemporary living. Current rental trends show average apartment rates of $1,538, with a slight decrease of 1.37% over the past year, making coastal living here increasingly accessible.
The Ancient City, as locals know it, offers diverse housing options from downtown apartments to waterfront communities near Anastasia Island. At the city's center stands the Castillo de San Marcos, while the historic district's brick-lined St. George Street houses local shops and restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy Anastasia State Park and the Atlantic beaches along A1A. Flagler College, housed in the former Hotel Ponce de Leon, brings energy to the downtown area.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
