Hello! We have two bedrooms in a condominium coming up for rent on October 20. It's a 3 bedroom / 3bath condo and the owner would like to lease it as one lease for all three bedrooms starting October 20 for 1 year. There are currently two girls living in the master bedroom and the standard room which are going to be available on October 20. They may be available sooner but that is up to the owner, and I cannot guarantee it. Myself, I'm 36 yrs old, male, who works in Encino and also drives Lyft part time. I keep to myself, quiet and considerate of others. The condo has an in unit washer and dryer, kitchen, refrigerator, dish washer and 2 car garage. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, shower and closet space. Rent for the Master bedroom is $1,200 plus utilities and the standard room is $1,000 plus utilities. Security Deposit is ONE months rent. The utilities that would be split amongst the 3 tenants would be electricity, gas, house cleaning, and internet, which usually comes to about $50 to $200 per month depending on usage. Electricity gets billed every other month. All applicants will need to pass a credit background check, supply proof of income, and provide references prior to move in.
