The Location - This will be easy just like vacations are supposed to be. This is an Ocean/Beach View unit on a quiet tropical street just 1 to 2 minutes walk from the yard to Beach Access 11. It\'s a 2-minute golf cart ride or a 3-minute bike ride to the Siesta Village for fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. Hoppy\'s is sure to provide a combination of fun and relaxation you can\'t get in other getaways. For larger groups, ask additional space near this location.
The beaches here have panoramic views of the gulf with wide open exposure to the North-West-and-South. The top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. Your Oceanview patio seating area is also quite amazing. The water is shallow clear and calm, perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or often wade to white-quartz-sandbars, popular with dolphin\'s sand-dollars and occasionally giant-conch. This is the spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.
History When I was a kid growing up on Siesta Key, this beach access was called The Wall and named for a large (long since gone) concrete wall that once supported the island\'s first home in the renowned \"Sarasota Modern\" style. It was an attractive destination and still is because of the lively public beach to the left, the quiet more private beach to the right, and panoramic views to the south west and north that make it one of the islands best places to watch sunsets.
Bear Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide \"snorkeling gear\" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.

My units are at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but you will have private parking near the unit. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings, unfortunately this unit cannot allow gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit.
Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation. *If you prefer insured bookings, we recommend providers Generali and Rental Guardian for Trip-Protection coverage.
