The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook with along with a full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and numerous utensils and cookware, in addition to lots of dishware. Dining room has seating for three. Bar stools off the kitchen counter are adjustable and can be used for additional dining seating. There is a half-bath downstairs and a full bathroom with shower upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, large closet, large dresser, and balcony with seating for two. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, large dresser and small closet. Both bedrooms have a separate door to the shared bathroom. The upstairs hallway has a small desk and a backdoor exit. There is a carport for exclusive guest house use, along with additional parking available. There is ample storage in a closet under the stairs. The property has huge trees, lots of landscaping, and shares the driveway with the main house (where the owner lives). Laundry is available in the main house and is accessed through the garage. There are two dogs who live on the property at the main house (a shepherd/boxer mix and a Newfoundland), along with two cats. Rent is $1,800/month (including all utilities except pellets for the pellet stove), along with a refundable $500 cleaning /security deposit. A month-to-month rental agreement is required, with cancellation flexibility if tenant is a traveling professional. There is an extra 3% charge for credit card payments. Guest house occupancy is limited to two people due to septic system limitations. No pets are accepted at this time. The guest house is located 10 miles from Coos Bay (either way you go; north or south) and approximately 6 miles from North Bend.
