1 Bedroom apartment, fully furnished with an amazing view. On 6 acres of privately gated land. Owners live upstairs. There is an outside private entrance to the apartment. We live a peaceful life here and expect our tenant to respect that. We do have a puppy; you may see her outside from time to time. There are loads of deer running about and the occasional fox. The view in the pictures can be seen from every window in the apartment. First, last and $500 security deposit due 24 hours before move in. 6 month or 1-year contracts available. Will show by appointment only (no shows will not be allowed to make another appointment). We use an online service (national credit agency) for applications – applicants pay for the $40 application fee. The following are automatic disqualifiers: evictions, bankruptcies and any conviction of any violent crime. The service provides us with a full report and a score.
