The living area features comfortable furnishings and large windows that fill the room with natural light, creating an inviting space to unwind and recharge. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Retreat to the cozy bedrooms, where soft linens and plush pillows await you. Wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day, knowing that a peaceful night's sleep is guaranteed in this tranquil haven. Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as the Fitness Centre and Business Centre for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100 per person per day. Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. Amenities are not for commercial use. Conveniently located near local attractions, restaurants, and shops, Tranquil Haven offers easy access to everything Greenwood has to offer. Explore the picturesque parks, visit the nearby cultural attractions, or embark on outdoor adventures in the surrounding areas. Whether you're seeking a weekend escape or a longer stay, Tranquil Haven in Greenwood promises a peaceful retreat that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This is a self-check-in, and you can access the building from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests, but please be respectful of others while using shared amenities. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
