Tenant pays utilities of electric and water through the Frankfort Plant Board. The owner will consider 1 pet with a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $25 additional pet rent per month. Private parking lot behind building with back door access off deck. Application fees of $30 per adult (age 18 and older) that will be residing in the rental unit.
