Wonderful kitchen with lots of cabinets, counter space and a breakfast bar. Sleek black appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen opens up right into the living space and a back door that walks out to a nice size patio great for hanging out! There is also a lovely powder room on the main floor. Two large bedrooms upstairs (big enough for a king size bed) and a full bathroom with two vanities and a door that separates the vanities from the shower/tub and comode for extra privacy. Also included is a washer and dryer and we pay for the water! There is an attached one car garage that goes directly into the unit and parking space in front of the garage which makes it very convenient especially in the winter months. This community is less than a mile away from Tennova Medical Center. So close you could come home for lunch! Also only 40 minutes from Nashville. Amenities include lawn care and trash pick up.
