Free parking spaces are available for 2 cars, with parking lots located on Withers Street and one street over from the resort. Guests will need a parking pass. The property’s location provides easy access to the best of Myrtle Beach, from dining and shopping to entertainment and attractions. Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard, it is close to the Myrtle Beach strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited and any violation will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may result in eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
