Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited and any violation will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations.
